Is Dr DADA "herbal mixture" a scam because there's no evidence of him/her online?

Why do I see testimonials of “Dr DADA” and his precious herbal mixture targeting men with a certain kind of problem, yet when I google it, there’s no information on the doctor, or the formula. In fact, the name is everywhere in comment spam, but you have to email the good doctor. Seems suspicious, so what’s the deal?

I followed up on one of the advertisements, and sent an email to “Dr Dadda.” Right away an email came back from Dr. Dadda Spellhome saying,

Hello my child before we start you are to fill
name ——————-
age ———
phone number———–
note: you are to let me know what size and
inches you want your [deleted] size
to be, cause the size will determine the quantity
of the product that i will prepare
for you regards.

So I asked for references, and he gave me three email addresses. I emailed all three. He also said he is from Nigeria and helps people with their sex life.

Only one response has come back, praising the good doctor and how big he got after sending $250 via Western Union for his herbal mix. Folks, never send money for products via Western Union.
